Lithium battery UN38.3: suitable for the scope of almost involving the world, belonging to the safety and performance testing, the United Nations for the transport of dangerous goods specifically developed for the United Nations Manual of Tests and Criteria for the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Part 3, paragraph 38.3.That is, the lithium battery is required to pass the height simulation, high and low temperature cycle, vibration test, impact test, 55 ℃ external short circuit, impact test, overcharge test, forced discharge test before transporting to ensure the safety of lithium battery transport.If the lithium battery is not installed with the equipment, and each package contains more than 24 cells or 12 batteries, it must also pass the 1.2 metres free fall test.

2. Air / sea transport identification report: from China (except Hong Kong) with battery products, the final air transport identification report must be directly authorised by the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China accredited by the Dangerous Goods Identification Agency for examination and certification.
